Lovely and immaculate site with a bus to Lancaster only a short walk away. Stunning views of the countryside and Morecambe bay. The sunset was stunning. Very friendly and helpful owner. Highly recommend!

Normally when you go camping the toilets are horrible, here they smell amazing almost like they get cleaned every 10 minutes! The location is in the middle of nowhere so you will need to know how to drive but other than that, the owners are so friendly and look after the place there’s not more you could ask for.

My partner and I were travelling up to Scotland and the owners kindly allowed us to use their facilities. They were very kind and welcoming and we would definitely return to stay for longer next time we are in the area. The site was kept to a high standard very clean and well maintained. Gorgeous well-maintained campsite. The owners were absolutely lovely.... Very kind and welcoming. Pitches were spacious with hard standing gravel for vehicle and well mowed lawn to the side. So quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Our second stay. Again easy to book. Great location just off the M6 for a stopover on our way North that is a mini holiday in it's own right. Sweeping views. Immaculately clean. Well spaced pitches. Lovely family building up the site.

Fantastic site well laid out and everything you need, a credit to Andrew and Caroline. Nice and quiet, with easy access to lakes and surrounding places of interest definitely my favourite place to go. Been going for a few years now and hope to continue in the future.

This is an excellent little site. Everything we like: small, quiet, simple but clean facilities, lovely views of Morecambe Bay and Caroline and Andrew are perfect hosts. They even supplied us with electric hook-up as we had left ours at home. An added bonus is that they are only a few minutes away from the best breakfast and lunch venue in the area - Archer’s at Red Bank Farm. This area is really beautiful and it’s changed little in the 70 years I’ve been coming here. It’s not the Lakes, it’s not Lancashire, it’s not Morecambe but really worth a visit. This has been our second visit to this lovely, small, quiet and dog friendly caravan site. Facilities are kept clean and the overall site is immaculate. The owners are friendly and really help you get the most out of your stay. They were so accomodating with check-in and check-out times, it was a massive help that maximised our enjoyment of the weekend. We went and checked out Kirkby Londsale, one of their reccomendations in their local guide leaflet, what a stunning quaint market town on the Lune that is! Thanks for a wonderful stay and we'll definitely be returning, it's a perfect base for exploring the North West of England. Us and the dogs LOVE IT here!
