Terms & Conditions

  • Check in and Check out – You can check in from 12.30pm on the day of arrival. You need to check out at 12 noon on the day of your departure because other people may be arriving to use your pitch.
  • Cancellation of your booking – If you wish to cancel your booking you can either move your booking to another date (please contact us directly to do this) or you are entitled to a full or partial refund depending how long in advance you cancel. Cancellation needs to be given by email or telephone as soon as possible.
  • Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy applies to any complete cancellation of the booking, or a reduction in the booking of either nights or number of pitches. If you paid online, a booking fee charge of 2.5% will be deducted from your refund total
  • 100% refund if notified 14 days prior to the booking start date. 50% refund if notified 7 days before the booking start date. 0% refund if notified 7 days or less before the booking start date or non-arrival on first day of the booking.We recommend that you invest in your own holiday insurance incorporating a cancellation policy
  • Quiet Hours – We politley ask that between the hours of 10pm – 7.30am that you keep noise to a minimum and respect other people on the caravan site.
  • Health & Safety – We take the wellbeing and safety of our guests very seriously and we ask that you comply with the following: The speed limit on the park is 5 mph. All children must be supervised properly at all times so that they are not a nuisance or danger to themselves or others. There is a road nearby and also tractors on site that could be a real danger. No recreational vehicles can be used on the park. This includes motorised scooters.
  • Barbecues – Barbecues are allowed on the site if done responsibly – Firepits are not permitted.
  • Dogs – Well behaved dogs are welcome on site but we do ask the following: 1. Dogs are kept on a lead or inside whilst on the caravan site. 2. Dogs are excercised in the designated field only otherwise they need to be on a lead 3. Please clean up after your dogs 4. Please be mindful there are livestock in fields nearby and you are responsible for your dog at all times. 5. Do not leave your dog unattended at any time.
  • Complaints – If you have a complaint about anything whilst on site, please do report this to a member of staff and we will do our best to help. Any written complaints must be submitted within 28 days of the first day of your stay.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any booking or stay on site if any problems arise
